CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
We retain the right, at our discretion, to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. We will not issue a refund as per standard business procedures; however, a customer may use the transferred funds to purchase another item of clothing. Only orders cancelled within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order on the website will be considered valid and accepted.
BILLING
The VAT is included in the price of our products. The destination to which the order must be shipped will determine the amount of VAT that is charged. The combined tax rate for both state and local taxes, according to the address where the order is being shipped, will be applied to the order. Where applicable, we reserve the right to collect taxes on shipping costs.
DELIVERY

11 MILL endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if 11 MILL fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, 11 MILL may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
LOSS IN TRANSIT
11 MILL will use every effort to provide customers with defect-free products. When a user returns an item that they have purchased, 11 MILL does not claim ownership of it until 11 MILL receives it. Unless the product is delivered damaged or has manufacturing defects, no item purchased on our website may be returned. Within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise, 11 MILL must be notified of any defects or damage. Even in the event that the product has been delivered incorrectly, any correspondence received after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return unless specifically covered by the product warranty.
11 MILL has sole discretion over whether or not a refund can be issued. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
RETURNS
1. Every item of clothing we sell is made to order. After you place your order, there are no exchanges or refunds available.
2. If there are any flaws with the outfit, we are happy to assist. Please email shopelevenmill@gmail.com to us.
3. Exchanges of colors cannot be accepted for returns. Make sure you're comfortable with the color before placing the order.
BREACH
If you are found to be in breach of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other rules and policies, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, or if it is believed that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users, or us, we may, without limitation, immediately limit your activity, remove your information, temporarily/indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your membership, and/or refuse to provide you with services. Any user who has been suspended or blocked may not register or attempt to register with us, or use the Website in any way until such time as we reinstate such user.
Regardless of the foregoing, if you violate the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other rules and policies, we reserve the right to recover any amounts owed to us and to take strict legal action, including but not limited to referring you to the appropriate police or other authorities for the purposes of initiating criminal or other proceedings against you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SALE PERIOD
During Sale
We usually sell selected products online (www.11mill.in) either concurrently or independently.
We make every effort to ship every product after it has passed all quality checks. Unfortunately, we do not accept the exchange or return of discounted products unless a wrong/damaged piece was
shipped to the customer.
We understand that you may wish to purchase a gift for someone else during the sale. Our priority will be to ship out all of your sale orders, so we will be unable to accommodate gift wrapping
requests.
All prices include all applicable taxes.
If an online or in-store advance booking order cannot be partially or fully delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be refunded within 15 days of cancellation confirmation.
In case of any discrepancy in the pricing of a discounted product on account of human error, the amount that appears in the system will be deemed final.
We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.

All shipping, duties, and taxes for international orders will be imposed by the shipping destination and must be borne by the customer.
If applicable, the Goods and Services Tax/Sales Tax levied by Indian law on exports will be paid by 11 MILL and will not be charged to the customer.
11 MILL ships domestically and internationally through third-party partners and has no control over any delays caused by city, region, or country-specific shipping restrictions, or delays caused by our third-party partners. All terms and conditions mentioned here are in addition to our standard terms and conditions.
11 MILL accepts returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:
- Product (s) delivered differs from the one ordered.
- Product (s) delivered is damaged upon delivery.
Please be advised in all of the above cases:
- The product being returned for exchange must be in unused condition, with all original tags attached.
-The product was not purchased on sale (not applicable for incorrect or damaged deliveries) - If the required size / design is not immediately available, refunds will not be issued. Instead, 11 MILL will issue a credit note or code that cardholders can use to make a purchase from www.11mill.in within the next 90 days.
- The shipping costs associated with returning the purchased product for exchange will not be reimbursed.
- Contact 11 MILL's Customer Care team by sending an email to shopelevenmill@gmail.com. 11 MILL's Customer Care team will investigate the reasons for Returns & Exchanges and guide cardmembers through the process.
- Please keep in mind that the cost of return/reverse shipping for product (s) that are incorrect than the one ordered
and/or delivered are borne by 11 MILL.
- Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online from a third-party website, any of 11 MILL retail stores or vice versa. 11 MILL also do not give any refund
or return on their products bought on Sale or Special/ Discount Offers.
Does 11 MILL offer customization?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track your delivery as soon as your order is shipped from 11 MILL. The order status can be checked at any time by entering the Order Number and Tracking Number into the link provided.
CAN I GET MY ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?
We do not currently provide any extra gift wrapping services; all 11 MILL products are delivered with standard 11 MILL packaging that was created keeping the safety of the clothing in consideration.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE OR GIFT CARD?
When your order is prepared, just take the actions listed below:
1. Select 'Proceed To Checkout' first.
2. Enter your mailing address and contact details.
3. Click 'Apply' after entering the discount or gift card code in the Apply Code field
4. The new amount will appear in 'Subtotal' and your cart value will be updated.
After examining your delivery details, select "Continue to Shipping."
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
It is not possible to add items to an order once you have confirmed and placed it. For any additional items, we ask that you place a new order. Furthermore, you have a 24-hour window after placing your order to make changes to it, such as changing the size, color, or both, depending on availability. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Please take note that we do not provide refunds for canceled orders; instead, we provide credit notes in the form of credit codes in lieu of refunds. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you can cancel it without incurring any additional fees. Order cancellation requests made more than 24 hours after the order was placed will not be accepted.

No, you can easily place an order without having a 11MILL account. However, if you set up an account with 11MILL will enable you to view your order history, receive timely updates on new arrivals, our upcoming events and offers.

REFUND
We don't provide returns. Should there be a defect, you can only exchange the product.
If the product is not available, we provide store credits for the same amount.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship across India and worldwide.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic parcel shipping is 150 NR for all parcels. When you place an order, you will receive an email with a summary of the order, and it will be considered confirmed once we receive payment. We
normally take 30-35 working days to deliver your order from the date you place your order. Delivery may take longer in a few locations due to our logistics partners' access to your location. In such cases, we will contact you proactively. Please check your emails and SMS for such updates on a regular basis.

International Shipping
We ship all over the world. Our international shipping costs 2800 INR per kg. Your order will be delivered by a reputable courier partner. Please allow up to 40 - 45 days for delivery of your package. Customs may cause delays in some areas. Please keep an eye on your emails and messages for such updates.

PAYMENT POLICY
All payments made by you on 11mill.in for purchases/services shall be against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction.
We will ship your order once we have received full payment. This is done to ensure that all of our users have a safe and fair online shopping experience.
11 Mill could potentially collaborate with Ledgers, Razorpay, PayPal, CCAvenue and other third-party payment services to accept payments on the website. Such payments may be made through electronic transactions, as permitted by 11 Mill in its sole discretion. The use of such third-party services is governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms and Conditions, and any other rules and policies that may be required and applicable for the nature of your activities.
We are not responsible or accept no liability of any kind in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you while using any of the payment methods/s offered by us, including but not limited to the following:
(a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank /s"; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (when applicable):
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties or VAT, depending on the applicable law in the country of delivery, which are in addition to the price quoted on the site. The shipping company will issue you an invoice for customs duties and local VAT, if applicable.
If a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and fails to collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (such as DHL, Fedex, etc.), we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

11 MILL shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. 11 MILL does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by 11 MILL.
Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/ or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to 11 MILL within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
